This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about human resources management to join our team as an HR Admin Trainee.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as required
