Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager Assistant to oversee the entire Android software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Team Leads across Development, QA, Designing, and Business Analysis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey project status, risks, issues, and provide recommendations to the Project Manager.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing resource allocation within projects to meet fluctuating work demands and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full Android software development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Supervise Team Leads of Development, QA, Designing, and Business Analysis, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Project Managers, Team Leads, and team members, regarding project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet project objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of Android and Java technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in complex environments.
