Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Associate. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and other senior leaders in their professional endeavors.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending meetings, conducting research, preparing reports, and providing support for various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and support in meetings
  • Assist in follow-ups with prospects and clients
  • Research ERP functionalities & business solutions
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Support ERP system setup, data management, and client onboarding
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 6 months – 1 year relevant experience
  • Knowledge of accounting & ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & digital tools
  • Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills
