Senior Business Growth Specialist

Business growth initiatives are driving the need for a skilled professional to join our team. In this role, you will leverage research and analysis to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research on target industries and key decision-makers
- Identify potential leads through various online and offline channels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads in our CRM system
- Assist in qualifying leads based on predefined criteria
- Initiate outreach efforts to potential leads
- Support the head of growth and partnerships in other aspects of business development as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in deal sourcing or business development, ideally in an investment environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand topics across climate, sustainability, and finance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements effectively
