Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Creative User Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centric interfaces for our digital products.

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead end-to-end UI/UX design from concept to final implementation, creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. You will work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and technical alignment, understanding platform limitations and designing within the constraints of Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Create high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies

You will be responsible for conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating rapidly on designs. Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability to design for various devices and platforms, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma or prototyping using AI tools like Cursor/v0
  • Proven track record designing within Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and developer workflows

Bonus qualifications include experience designing for SaaS or fintech products, familiarity with component-based design systems, and basic knowledge of Git and developer handoff tools.
