Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our financial records with accuracy and integrity.
This includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, as well as ensuring timely payments from clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills to handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
The following key responsibilities are expected of the successful applicant:
- Process and manage all accounts payable and receivable transactions using ERP software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business expenses, including labor and material costs.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Manage deposits and withdrawals from bank accounts promptly.
- Paying utility bills on time is essential for maintaining a smooth operation.
- Prepare quotations for customers using ERP software to meet their needs.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in ERP software is also a requirement.
