Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator with expertise in German student visas for the Pakistan market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by managing applications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication with students and agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Application Support: Oversee the Application Support Team mailbox professionally, ensuring that all queries and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Admissions: Work closely with the Admissions Department to track and obtain updates on student application status, ensuring that urgent cases are handled without delay.
  • Student and Agent Engagement: Engage effectively with students and agents to facilitate the application process.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on application status and team performance.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulations and recommend process improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on student visas or international education.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Competencies

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the German student visa process and related regulations.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to use good judgment and act with discretion in sensitive situations.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with autonomy while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, agents, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing complex data and reports.
  • Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international students and understanding cross-cultural challenges.
  • Knowledge of education systems and visa processes for Germany and other key markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
