We are seeking an innovative Data Analyst to join our team at FINCA Impact Finance. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Credit Risk function and driving data-driven decision making.

Your key responsibilities will include collecting credit risk-related data, conducting analysis, segmentation, trending, and forecasting. You will also actively examine alternative, internal, and external data sources to propose and/or review credit expansion and/or tightening measures.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in data science and analytics
  • Excellent programming skills in R and/or Python
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
