Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our data analytics projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analytics Projects: Lead and manage data analytics projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Team Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, schedules, and risk management reports.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members ensuring transparency in project progress and addressing any roadblocks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 ~ 8 years of industry experience in project management specifically within the tech or software development domain.
  • Certifications: Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred.
  • Languages: Exceptional communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead teams of up to 10 people.
