Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Lead to spearhead our software development efforts. As the lead developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop scalable, secure, and robust software solutions using .NET frameworks and architectural patterns.
  2. Utilize Microservice Architecture, building RESTful web services, and ensuring security with OWASP standards.
  3. Work with Dependency Injection and the Repository Design Pattern to create modular, maintainable code.
  4. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications using ASP.NET framework, SQL, C#, LINQ, .NET Core Framework, and EF Core.
  5. Apply Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event Sourcing, and CQS domain events to software solutions.
  6. Integrate messaging services like RabbitMQ and Mass Transit for event-driven architectures.
  7. Develop front-end user interfaces with technologies like Angular and ensure seamless integration with back-end services.
  8. Utilize Azure and DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  9. Guide and mentor team members, providing technical leadership and oversight.
Qualifications:
  1. 6+ years of experience in software development.
  2. 3+ years of experience as a lead software developer or similar role.
  3. Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
  4. Strong expertise in .NET framework, C#, LINQ, .NET Core Framework, EF Core, and ADO.NET.
  5. Experience with architectural patterns (N-Tier, Onion, MVC, DDDD), Microservice Architecture, and RESTful web services.
  6. Solid understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event Domain, RabbitMQ, Mass Transit, and CQS domain events.
  7. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and Oracle/MS SQL Server for database management.
  8. Technical mindset and analytical approach.
  9. Great attention to detail.
  10. Good leadership skills.
  11. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
