Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

This is a mid-senior level position that requires extensive experience as a Functional Architect, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement workflows.
The successful candidate will lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. They will provide expert advice on Dynamics 365 capabilities, limitations, and best practices, and customize and configure the D365 CE platform to meet specific business needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing integration strategies between D365 CE and other systems, ensuring smooth and seamless data migration into Dynamics 365 from legacy systems. You will also conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure high performance and functionality.
Additionally, you will train users and support teams on Dynamics 365 CE usage and new feature implementation, and provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills to translate technical details into business-friendly language.
