Quantitative Research Faculty Position

We seek a faculty member to contribute to our Institute for Educational Development.

The successful candidate will hold a PhD in Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field and have a strong academic and research background in quantitative research methodologies.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering courses on research methods and supervising graduate and PhD students in their research projects.

  • Design and deliver courses on research methods and discipline for graduate and PhD programs;
  • Supervise and mentor graduate and PhD students in their research projects, dissertations, and theses;
  • Conduct independent and collaborative research;
  • Lead research projects and secure research grants from internal and external sources;

Key qualifications include:

  • PhD in Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Strong academic and research background in quantitative research methodologies;
  • Track record of publishing high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals with a focus on education or social sciences;
