Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and executing timely postings across various social media platforms.

Your primary objective will be to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines while monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and effectiveness of postings.

You will collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing branding materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

In addition, you will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives and campaigns.

As a highly organized and proactive individual, you will provide support for special projects and initiatives related to branding and social media management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Create high-quality branding materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Analyze social media metrics to inform future content creation and campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branding, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
