Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating project cost estimates and analyzing client app requirements.
  • Fostering a strategy for requested app projects and capturing application development project requirements through requirement gathering sessions, follow-ups, questionnaires, and other specified mediums.
  • Defining new functionalities to deliver exceptional mobile applications for various platforms.
  • Preparing comprehensive listings of requirements, filtering priorities, and finalizing application requirements within the scope of delivery.
  • Converting scoped requirements into detailed functional specifications and functional design documents.
  • Developing a complete scope document covering all client-specified requirements.
  • Collaborating with design teams to prepare apps' prototypes according to client specifications by providing wireframes and references.
  • Holding knowledge-sharing sessions with sales, design, development, and quality assurance teams.
  • Supporting documentation, communication design, and implementation activities to ensure successful mobile app project delivery.
  • Providing timely account status updates for each project to management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Candidates should have 2.5 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Online Product Specialist.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar, content, and style of writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements of an app.
  • Good knowledge regarding the creation of Wireframes & app communication designs.
  • Ability to think critically and contextually about customer issues and requirements.
  • Natural curiosity in understanding how processes and systems integrate.
  • A good understanding of driving customer-focused outcomes.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues.
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes.
  • Capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment.
  • Software QA and Project Management skill/experience is a plus but not necessary.
