Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective community mobilization strategies that promote active engagement and ownership among communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community mobilization strategies with implementing partners.
  • Establish and support the development of institutionalized community participation components.
  • Support grants and community financing programs, community education activities, and LHW development.
  • Collaborate with the project team and government counterparts to enhance community-based activities.
  • Assist in building the capacity of communities/community-based organizations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree in relevant field.
  • Seven years of experience in community mobilization, community development, or social communication.
  • Four years of experience in managing community mobilization for health.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Three years of practice in community development.
Desirable Skills:
  • Highly developed interpersonal, managerial, and team-building skills.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
