About the role: As a dynamic Remote Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and client engagement for UAE-based corporate clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold calling assigned leads daily to identify potential customers and drive sales growth.
- Generating high-quality leads and inquiries for the sales team through strategic outreach and communication.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up on previous calls and emails to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Closing sales deals and building strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Providing regular reports to the Customer Acquisition Manager and contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Exceeding sales and call volume targets while maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Adhering to sales processes and ensuring continuous improvement in sales strategies.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the UAE or equivalent experience in B2B cold calling targeting UAE corporate clients.
- Strong communication, sales, and CRM management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to maintain own laptop and adapt to changing sales environments.
