Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization Specialist to optimize copy and landing pages, conduct ongoing keyword research, and implement content recommendations to achieve organic SEO success.
This specialist will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics to inform SEO strategy. Additionally, they will perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization, research and analyze competitor links to identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement a link building strategy to increase online presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. They should have experience with website analytics tools, knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments, and up-to-date knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

- Optimize copy and landing pages to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research to discover new opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Implement content recommendations to achieve organic SEO success.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics to inform SEO strategy.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and analyze competitor links to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement a link building strategy to increase online presence.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to maximize ROI.
- Requirements:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Cognitive SEO, Semrush, StatCounter).
- Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
