Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  2. General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  3. Accounts Payable and Receivable Support: Provide support to accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely payments and receipts.
  4. Expense Report Processing: Process expense reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Audit Participation: Participate in audits and support regulatory compliance to maintain our reputation and adherence to laws.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Excel: Possess strong skills in using accounting software and MS Excel to analyze data and create reports.
  2. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.
  3. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Work: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks to maintain our high standards.
