Job Description

The Sales Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion. This will involve working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate deals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of our company's products
  • Reaching targets and goals set for our company
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding our customer base
  • Servicing the needs of our existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior managers
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Company portfolio management

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
