Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to join our rapidly growing software engineering team.

This role will lead the design of scalable software architecture using Infrastructure as Code and collaborate with developers from across different teams to create a highly reliable system on the cloud.

The ideal candidate for this role will have hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable Kubernetes infrastructure for various services
  • Optimize Kubernetes cluster performance and resource utilization
  • Troubleshoot production issues
  • Ensure site reliability of the infrastructure and maintain disaster recovery plans
  • Document DevOps processes and apply practices for Infrastructure as Code
  • Automate deployment processes for new services
Requirements

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in setting up scalable architectures and systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes concepts such as pods, services, deployments, and secrets
  • Experience with containerizing applications using Docker
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python or Bash
  • 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform (Azure experience preferred)
  • Ability to set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for Kubernetes clusters
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps Engineer or similar role
