About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer / Video Editor to craft compelling visual content for our digital ad campaigns.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing high-performing visual assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. You will design static ad creatives, edit short-form video ads, and create engaging visuals using motion graphics and animation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing static ad creatives including banners, carousels, display ads, and thumbnails.
  • Editing short-form video ads (5–30 seconds) for Meta and Google paid campaigns.
  • Creating compelling visuals using motion graphics, animated text, and branded overlays.
  • Adapting designs for different ad placements, devices, and formats.
  • Collaborating with media buyers and copywriters to iterate on ad angles and messaging.
  • Maintaining an organized library of templates, branded assets, and creative files.
  • Analyzing performance data to refine and optimize visuals based on results.

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally for digital advertising.
  • You are proficient with design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • You have a strong understanding of ad design principles for Meta and Google platforms.
  • You have experience creating content tailored for performance marketing (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • You are detail-oriented with strong visual and creative instincts.
  • You can meet tight deadlines and work within a fast-paced team environment.

Job Specification:

2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally for digital advertising.

Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Strong understanding of ad design principles for Meta and Google platforms.

Experience creating content tailored for performance marketing (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).

Detail-oriented with strong visual and creative instincts.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work within a fast-paced team environment.

Willingness to work onsite during night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
