We are looking for a highly skilled Grid Integration Technician to join our team at FineTech Solar (Pvt) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our solar PV systems operate efficiently and safely, meeting the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and Commissioning – Install and commission solar PV systems to ensure efficient project execution.
  2. Site Visits & Assessments – Conduct site surveys to evaluate feasibility and technical requirements for optimal system performance.
  3. Technical Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
  4. Project Coordination – Collaborate closely with design and project management teams for seamless installations.
  5. System Testing & Quality Control – Perform system testing, quality checks, and maintenance of installed solar solutions.
  6. Client Support – Provide technical support and guidance on system operation and maintenance.
  7. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes throughout all projects.
Requirements:
  • Education – Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  • Experience – Hands-on experience in solar PV installation, wiring, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Skills – Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Problem-Solving – Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Travel Readiness – Willingness to travel for site visits and fieldwork.
  • Knowledge – Understanding of solar energy systems, grid integration, and battery storage solutions.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Solar PV Certification (if applicable).
  2. Experience with on-grid and off-grid solar systems.
  3. Understanding of battery storage, charge controllers, and inverters.
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
