Customer Success Associate

We are seeking an individual with excellent analytical and communication skills to play a central role in our exciting and evolving space. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for working closely with corporate customers to identify their key needs and mapping them to our product. Your typical day will be spent onboarding new customers, responding to alerts and queries, and driving engagement processes with all customers.

Key Activities:
  • Onboarding: You will work closely with corporate customers to identify their key needs and map them to our product.
  • Account Escalations: You will respond to alerts, red flags, poor health, and queries from customers.
  • Renewals: You will follow up on current month renewals to avoid any last-minute surprises.
  • Upsell Campaigns: You will drive portfolio growth through upsell, expansion, and upgrades.
  • Periodic Health Checks: You will determine the health of assigned accounts periodically.
  • Advocacy: You will manage relationships with clients and drive feature requests, case studies, and referrals.
  • Research: You will understand industry best practices and become an expert in your vertical.
  • Sales: You will connect with prospective clients to provide product demonstrations and assist with product evaluation and workflow mapping.

Responsibilities:
You will be expected to work US hours in a rotation, with flexibility to work late hours from home. Our primary goal is to maximize the value we provide and deliver stellar customer experiences.
