Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and talented individual to fill the role of a Multifaceted Visual Content Creator. In this position, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across various channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop visually compelling graphics and illustrations for use on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand image across all social media channels, ensuring coherence in design elements and messaging.
  • Design eye-catching social media posts, incorporating images, infographics, GIFs, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for social media campaigns and promotions, bringing innovative perspectives to the table.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices for social media platforms, applying expertise to enhance visual appeal.
  • Assist with graphic design projects for print materials, presentations, website assets, and other marketing collateral as needed, showcasing versatility in design skills.
  • Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual assets align with brand messaging and tone, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in design principles.
  • Proven experience working as a social media designer or graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency, demonstrating industry knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements, ensuring adaptability in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs, maintaining precision in every project.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling innovation in design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
