Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge across various levels.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&OD programs and initiatives using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage projects related to talent management, performance management, change management, employee engagement, and DEIB.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can collaborate with various stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and drive organizational effectiveness.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certification in L&D or OD is a plus.

8+ Years of HR experience with 5+ years dedicated to Learning and Development or Organizational Development roles is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful L&OD programs and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
