Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and shareholder reports.
  2. Manage tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws and minimizing liabilities.
  3. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize company tax positions.
  4. Ensure timely tax payments and handle tax audits and reviews.
  5. Monitor tax legislation changes and ensure the company remains compliant with current tax regulations.
  6. Compare sales and profit projections with actuals, and adjust budgets and forecasts as needed.
  7. Oversee financial planning, including investments, capital expansion, and cost controls.

Requirements:

  • CA / ACCA / CMA (Qualified or Finalist).
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance and taxation management.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax laws, tax planning, tax compliance, and tax returns.
  • Proven experience in managing tax audits and tax filings with government authorities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and tax compliance tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
