Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceDesk Administrator to join our team in Islamabad. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and remote support.
  • Administer user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, and other software applications.
  • Manage and report on Help Desk ticketing system (Zoho Desk) to ensure efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Configure and set up end-user laptops using Windows 11 and Office 365, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to staff members on the effective use of applications and tools.
  • Install and troubleshoot software applications on user machines, resolving basic issues related to hardware and software.
  • Perform minor hardware repairs and install peripheral equipment as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors to replace defective hardware components.
  • Assist users in setting up audio-visual tools in conference rooms, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
  • Provide technical support for remote working users, ensuring seamless connectivity and productivity.
  • Create user documentation for day-to-day queries, setup procedures, and processes, promoting knowledge sharing and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and improve existing support processes to meet SLA and KPI targets.
