Job Brief

We are seeking a software engineer with experience in React, Node.js and GCP. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with AI technologies.

Our goal is to create innovative products and solutions that simplify and improve lives worldwide. As a key member of the team, you will develop new features and maintain existing ones using a full-stack approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new features and maintaining existing ones using a full-stack approach.
  • Contributing to the component library system and ensuring responsive design principles are followed.
  • Working with Node.js to build and secure APIs and optimize performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams using Scrum/Agile methodologies, including daily standups and sprint planning.
  • Addressing technical debt and fixing bugs to maintain system stability.
  • Using GitHub for version control and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Communicating effectively with team members, flagging issues and providing updates on progress.
  • Interacting with GCP services like Google Buckets and demonstrating proficiency with Docker and command-line tools.

The core tech stack includes:

  • Frontend: React, Tailwind, React Aria.
  • Backend: Node.js (with Feathers/Express) and MongoDB.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Hosted on GCP with a Kubernetes-based setup.

AI and Integrations involve working on cutting-edge initiatives such as semantic search, document Q&A, and creating notebook-like functionality for multi-file Q&A.
