We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist.

This role requires end-to-end project delivery, agile project management, budget and schedule management, people management, risk management, crisis handling, issue resolution, documentation review, estimation and planning, stakeholder engagement, key document ownership, status reporting and escalation, change management, compliance, prioritization, and project scope management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, handling scrum projects using Jira, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring delivery. You will also need to keep track of project budgets and timelines throughout the project lifecycle, demonstrate experience in managing teams, identify risks, escalate issues promptly to stakeholders, mitigate them, recognize and manage crisis situations during the project lifecycle, own project issues, coordinate with relevant teams for resolution, participate in reviews of key project documents, challenge estimates from IT stakeholders, develop project plans for delivery, identify and involve all necessary stakeholders, prepare and own documents like TOR, Test Strategy, Implementation Plan, and PIR, provide timely updates, escalate issues as needed, manage project changes according to change control procedures, ensure adherence to HOST PM processes and procedures, play a role in project and resource prioritization with IT and Business stakeholders, and manage Engagement Level 4+ projects (GLT Engagement levels).
