About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) professional to join our team at Inbox Business Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and managing Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) based on ISO 22301.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain BCMS in line with ISO 22301 standards.
  • Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery time objectives (RTOs).
  • Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and Crisis Management Plans for various business units.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments related to business continuity and resilience.
  • Lead and facilitate BCM awareness training and BCP exercises, including tabletop exercises and full-scale simulations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and align BCMS with industry best practices.
  • Support internal and external BCMS audits and certification assessments.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business continuity risks. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
