Key Skills and Expertise

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, and Creator is essential.
  • Familiarity with other Zoho applications such as SalesIQ, People, and Recruit is desirable.
  • You should have a strong understanding of REST APIs, widget development, and extension building.
  • A fluent command of the English language is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • You will focus on developing external and internal projects, adhering to our internal processes outlined in guidelines.
  • You will integrate third-party applications into the Zoho system.
  • Developing widgets and extensions within the Zoho system is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will design and develop web and mobile apps as required by our clients.
  • You will utilize Zoho Projects to manage tasks and projects effectively.
  • You will communicate proactively with the rest of the team when necessary.
  • You will continuously expand your knowledge by obtaining new certifications and completing courses.
  • You will contribute to the overall implementation plan by providing feedback to the Project Manager.
  • You will communicate effectively with other team members.
  • You will help train other team members when you see an opportunity to teach them something new.
