Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex ERP and HCM projects.

About This Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programs, managing technical and functional teams, vendor relationships, and enterprise-scale transformations across functions such as Finance, HCM, SCM, and PPM.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, testing, rollout, and closure.
  2. Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams including Oracle Fusion SMEs across HCM, Finance, SCM, and PPM.
  3. Overseeing multiple implementations, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines while driving quality outcomes.
  4. Collaborating with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to manage project delivery and resource alignment.
  5. Organizing and leading governance meetings such as SteerCo, weekly status updates, and stakeholder discussions.
  6. Supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, ensuring testing and deployment coordination.
  7. Facilitating data migration activities, including legacy system analysis, data import/load, and validation.
  8. Leading solution design workshops, requirement gathering, system configuration, and UAT.
  9. Driving user adoption through training, troubleshooting, and handover to BAU teams.
  10. Identifying process gaps, recommending system enhancements or custom solutions.
  11. Supporting dashboard and report development for operational and strategic needs.
  12. Engaging with users to streamline workflows and ensure seamless Oracle Fusion utilization.
  13. Ensuring validations of designs, configurations, and modules across Oracle Fusion suite.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 12+ years in ERP project management, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP & HCM).
  • Successfully delivered at least 5 Oracle Fusion projects.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications including Finance, HCM, SCM, PPM, and migration experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EPM and ERP requirements in Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation programs with technical and functional expertise.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
