Expert Odoo Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Odoo Developer to play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Odoo modules.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Odoo development, both frontend and backend, and will work closely with our business teams to optimize and automate processes using Odoo ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Lead: Oversee the implementation of Odoo ERP systems, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and support.">
• Customization Expert: Customize Odoo modules to meet the specific business needs of the organization.">
• Configuration Specialist: Configure Odoo applications/modules, such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and more.">
• Bespoke Module Development: Design and develop bespoke modules when required to extend Odoo functionality.">
• New Feature Development: Develop new features and functionality in Odoo by customizing existing modules or building new ones.">
• Integration Expert: Integrate third-party applications and services with Odoo.">
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo configurations and customization.">
• Coding, Testing, and Deployment: Perform necessary coding, testing, debugging, and deployments.">
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications.">
• Business Process Improvement: Design technical solutions for various business processes using Odoo.">
• Ongoing Support: Provide input into business process improvement recommendations using Odoo capabilities.">
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support for Odoo post-implementation, ensuring the system runs and meets business needs.">
• System Performance Monitoring: Monitor Odoo system performance, handle issue resolution, and perform upgrades.">
• User Training and Documentation: Provide end-user training and documentation for Odoo modules and features.">

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.">
• Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP, including hands-on development, customization, and implementation.">

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

• Odoo Framework Experience: Strong experience with Odoo framework, including Odoo modules development, API integration, and customizations.">
• Odoo Version Knowledge: Knowledge of Odoo 14 and later versions, with experience in implementing Odoo ERP solutions.">
