Job Title: Expert Productivity Specialist

This role is responsible for leading the product lifecycle, growth strategy, and financial performance of digital solutions portfolios.

The successful candidate will have strong market insight, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of digital solutions, including cloud-based enterprise offerings.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning in the B2B ICT space.
  • Branding and Marketing: Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies in collaboration with relevant teams to boost product awareness and positioning.
  • Pricing Models: Define and implement pricing models to optimize profitability while maintaining competitive market standing.
  • Product Lifecycle: Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring continuous performance improvement and P&L responsibility.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products, aligning efforts with sales and marketing functions.
Deliverables:
  • Portfolio Strategy: Define, evolve, and execute the strategy for digital product suites.
  • Financial Ownership: Drive revenue and profitability through effective pricing, cost management, and business development.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Design solutions tailored to B2B segments through deep customer insights.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Lead GTM planning and execution across all major product lines.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive product development and launch cycles.
  • Partner & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with strategic partners for joint value creation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management within ICT, telecom, or digital services.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud-based enterprise solutions and technologies, demonstrated success in managing product portfolios with financial accountability, proven ability to develop pricing models, business cases, and strategic product plans, exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
