Business Development and Coordination Specialist

The role involves maintaining close coordination with Senior Business Development Specialists to foster and expand business across the country, subject to approval by Directors. Key responsibilities include managing tender business, overseeing execution and fulfillment of business requirements for various government entities, ensuring timely recovery of payments and securities, supporting sales teams in enrolling new outlets, assisting in submission and follow-up of claims, managing screening processes for new enrollments, and providing support in forecasting and data management.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain close coordination with Senior Business Development Specialists to foster and expand business across the country, subject to approval by Directors.
  • Ensure timely management of tender business, maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional departments to meet all tender requirements effectively.
  • Oversee the execution and fulfillment of business requirements for government entities.
  • Manage Army business process to ensure timely recovery of payments.
  • Oversee the timely recovery of Earnest Money and Performance Security.
  • Support sales teams in enrolling new outlets under business models and manage order approvals as recommended by Heads of Sales and approved by Senior Business Development Specialists.
  • Assist Managers in timely submission of claims and ensure consistent follow-up until clearance.
  • Manage 3PP and DPS screening processes for new enrollments in institutional business.
  • Provide support to Senior Business Development Specialists in forecasting and data management.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
