The Senior Officer for Supply Chain Operations plays a pivotal role in creating and managing supply chain-related documents, records, and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising proactively with the buying unit, finance, and warehouse & logistics teams to facilitate smooth workflow across all touchpoints.
  • Creating and maintaining procurement documents, including purchase requisitions, requests for quotation, comparative statements, purchase orders, goods received notes, and transfer orders, in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Meticulously performing 3-way matching of purchase orders, GRNs, and suppliers' invoices to validate transactions and prevent discrepancies, also involving accounts reconciliation with finance and suppliers as necessary.
  • Maintaining and updating logs, trackers, and relevant systems/tools in real-time to ensure data integrity and traceability.
  • Identifying, documenting, and controlling discrepancies in transactions, escalating unresolved issues to line management for prompt resolution.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Conducting follow-ups with stakeholders and guiding users on quality surveys and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
