A highly skilled Content Quality Specialist is required to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining the highest quality standards across titles, outlines, and full-length articles generated and refined by freelance writers.


Main Responsibilities

  • Meticulously review and correct content for various purposes, including:

  • Error Detection: Identifying and correcting mistakes in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and typos.
  • Consistency and Style: Ensuring adherence to formatting guidelines, tone of voice, and overall brand language.
  • Clarity and Conciseness: Enhancing content readability and logical flow by refining sentence structures and transitions.
  • SEO and Structure: Ensuring keyword integration, meta elements, and SEO best practices are followed in both outlines and final drafts.
  • Workflow Oversight: Overseeing the end-to-end proofreading lifecycle from content ideation (titles/outlines) to final uploads.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with writers, the unit lead, and content strategists to ensure content quality and smooth communication across the workflow.
Key Tasks
  • Review and approve article titles and outlines submitted by freelance writers for relevance, SEO alignment, clarity, and structure.
  • Upload all submitted content to the Content Inventory on a daily basis, ensuring proper categorization and naming conventions.
  • Carefully review AI-assisted content for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors, ensuring a natural and human-like tone.
  • Ensure proper sentence structure, smooth flow, and readability, editing awkward or AI-generated phrasing where needed.
  • Review factual consistency, formatting, and compliance with internal editorial SOPs and style guides.
  • Optimize content for SEO by checking keyword placements, meta descriptions, heading structures, and other on-page SEO elements.
  • Perform final quality assurance on articles before approval and publishing.
  • Ensure content reflects the intended message, audience expectations, and editorial voice.

Secondary Responsibilities
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers, particularly regarding their AI-assisted content refinement process.
  • Maintain open communication with writers to address any issues related to titles, outlines, or article revisions.
  • Ensure a well-maintained and updated content inventory, keeping records organized and accessible.
  • Guide writers on improving content quality, outline development, and adherence to AI-human co-writing best practices.
  • Support topic ideation and content direction aligned with ongoing editorial and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team lead to assist in the development of article titles and campaign-specific content when required.
  • Contribute to content development for LinkedIn, social media platforms, or other marketing assets when needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and share relevant ideas and insights for marketing campaigns and content calendar planning.
  • Assist in handling urgent proofreading and content tasks in collaboration with other teams.
