Job Title: Resource Mobilization Specialist

This position requires a highly dynamic individual to support the Program Manager in mobilizing resources for Al-Khidmat Orphan Care Program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop Financial Resource Mobilization Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy to secure financial resources for the program.
  • Donor Liaison and Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with donor agencies, including government and international organizations, to facilitate resource mobilization activities.
  • Organize Fundraising Campaigns: Plan and execute successful fundraising campaigns and events to support the program.
Key Tasks
  1. Financial Planning: Design and implement a financial planning strategy for the Al-Khidmat Orphan Care Program (AOCP).
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop a resource mobilization strategy.
  3. Funding Opportunities: Identify and explore funding opportunities, prepare proposals, concept notes, and necessary program documents.
  4. Project Proposals: Work with all sections and partner consortia to prepare project proposals, evaluate them, and provide technical assistance for development.
  5. Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with representatives of bilateral and multilateral agencies through informal and formal interactions.
  6. Donor Reporting: Coordinate efforts to ensure timely delivery of qualitative donor reporting.
  7. Fundraising Events: Organize and manage fundraising campaigns and events.
  8. Proposal Development: Develop proposals and other necessary program documents.
  9. Program Management: Manage programs and venues for events.
  10. Coordination: Coordinate with participants, agencies, and AOCP staff, national, and international partners.
  11. Reporting: Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports.
  12. Business Travel: Undertake business travel as required.
  13. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other activities that contribute to the smooth running and development of AOCP.

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan - Information Technology and Services has been removed. The job is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
