Leadership Role in Education

PakLand Ideal Public High School System is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Vice Principal. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional who can support the Principal in managing academic and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Principal in overall school management, planning, and policy implementation.
  • Supervise academic programs, teaching quality, and curriculum delivery.
  • Monitor and support teacher performance, training, and professional growth.
  • Ensure student discipline, welfare, and academic progress.
  • Engage with parents, staff, and community to build strong relationships.
  • Contribute to school development initiatives, events, and strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or related field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in teaching/academic leadership.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about student development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain discipline and structure.
