Executive Support Professional

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication:** Respond to phone calls and emails, take messages on behalf of the manager, and ensure timely communication with internal and external clients.
- Scheduling:** Manage the manager's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and remind them of important tasks and deadlines.
- Travel Arrangements:** Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, for the manager and other executives as needed.
- Event Coordination:** Organize events, speaking engagements, and business trips, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Correspondence:** Draft correspondence, including emails and letters, and take dictation during meetings.
- Reporting:** Create reports, presentations, and briefs to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Filing System:** Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for office documents, ensuring easy access to information.
- Expense Management:** Collate and file business and travel expenses, facilitating accurate reimbursement.
- Client Liaison:** Serve as the primary liaison between the manager and internal and external clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
- Location: Lahore/Islamabad.
- Timings: Monday - Friday (10:00am - 7:00pm).
