Architectural Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 3+ years of experience to manage architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success through excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably with large-scale projects that demonstrate expertise in building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and green building certifications, with the ability to apply this knowledge in project work.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work on significant projects that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and technical skill.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with top-tier architectural firms.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies, with the ability to stay updated and apply this knowledge in project work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
