Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of surgical instruments, ensuring that all products meet high quality standards and are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production of surgical instruments.
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Review activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years Production Experience in Surgical Field.
  • Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and production methods.
  • Computer Literacy: Sufficient knowledge about operating basic software such as MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
