Key Responsibilities
- To plan and manage manufacturing operations to achieve agreed shift targets in volume, quality, output reliability, cost, and safety.
- To receive raw materials and organize labor for efficient production.
- To monitor material consumption and yield, reducing waste levels.
- To optimize chemical and packaging usage, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- To oversee stock count and transactions, maintaining a safe working environment.
- To drive autonomous maintenance activities on the shop floor.
- To implement best practices such as TPM, HACCP, and all audit recommendations.
- To identify skill gaps and provide training for employees.
- To continuously improve operations by identifying areas for process development.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- 1 year of experience in Operations/Production in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles.
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for engineering.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
