Key Responsibilities
  • Issue purchase orders, manage contracts, and oversee product deliveries to factories.
  • Assess and select suppliers, negotiating terms that ensure value for money and superior quality.
  • Cultivate partnerships with suppliers, ensuring high performance and resolving challenges.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure procurement plans align smoothly with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Analyse market trends, evaluate supplier outcomes, and seek cost-saving opportunities.

  • A proven track record of success in raw material procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and leadership confidence.
  • Exceptional project management skills, juggling tasks and engaging stakeholders.
  • An eye for detail, strategic approach, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, making it easy to connect with others and articulate ideas.
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong command of procurement tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management, logistics, and distribution, and experience in vendor negotiations.
