Job Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support: Provide high-level technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. Assist users in setting up and configuring workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment. Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges.
  2. Network Management: Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure for optimal performance and security. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other networking devices. Implement security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access.
  3. System Administration: Administer and maintain servers for high reliability and performance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Conduct regular system updates and perform routine system audits.
  4. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve hardware and software-related issues promptly. Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects. Communicate technical information to non-technical staff effectively. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
