We are looking for a Tele Sales Specialist who has proven experience as a tele sales representative or in another sales/customer service role. You should have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.

A good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is essential for this position.

You will need to learn about our products and services and be able to describe/explain them to prospects effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role, as well as being cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

This position requires outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.

Finally, a high school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus for this challenging yet rewarding role.
