This role offers the opportunity to shape digital campaigns that deliver measurable results and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Zalo Ads, and others.
  2. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and develop compelling ad copy.
  3. Conduct A/B testing and recommend continuous performance improvements.
  4. Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring through Google Tag Manager.
  5. Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio.
  6. Closely collaborate with the remote team to align on campaign strategy and performance goals.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
  2. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
  3. Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner.
  4. Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset.
  5. Google Ads certification is a strong advantage.
  6. Proactive, self-managed, and reliable in a distributed team environment.
  7. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
