Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced barista who can create high-quality coffee drinks and provide exceptional customer service. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty lattes. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage inventory, and work collaboratively with other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and latte art
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
