Entrepreneurial Advocate

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Support & Marketing Associate for our startup accelerator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization that empowers entrepreneurs worldwide.

We have a proven track record of helping launch over 8,000 companies in 200+ cities globally, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and engagement, assisting with program admissions, and improving the customer experience. You will also host live Q&A calls and webinars, and work closely with design and product teams to improve website usability and conversion rates.

• Customer Support & Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering personalized assistance and proactive support.
• Assist with Program Admissions: Review applications to our incubation and acceleration programs, following best practices for acceptance.
• Improve the Customer Experience: As our 'feet on the ground', your ideas play a critical role in improving our customer experience.
• Host Live Q&A Calls: Host scheduled Q&A sessions with customers, addressing their concerns and providing expert guidance on our products/services.
• Host Info-Session Webinars: Conduct informative webinars to educate customers on key topics, program qualities, and best practices.
• Improve Conversion & Retention: Coordinate with design and product teams to improve website usability and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams on initiatives to increase conversion and retention.

• Willingness to work a Sunday-Thursday schedule.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Business-level fluency in English.
• Comfort hosting live calls and webinars.
• Internet and computer literacy.
