System Infrastructure Optimization Specialist

This is a critical role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system and network administration, with expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and various firewall technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining client network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies. They will also manage and maintain server environments, both on-premises and in the cloud, using Windows Server and virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
A key responsibility of this role is to support and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments, including user management, group policies, and cloud-based services. The candidate will also implement and maintain firewalls and VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access and data protection.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client systems simultaneously. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
